I use Australia Post and various courier companies to ship our jewellery. Items are sent with a ‘Signature on Delivery’ option unless specifically requested (Express Post option can be added in the payment section on the website) and paid for by you at the time of purchase. Your order is packaged and sent off with 100% of our love and care to ensure it’s safe delivery, however Meelah Collections is unable to take responsibility for length of shipping times or items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit or delivery.
Meelah Collections is happy to refund your purchase price on jewellery that is returned in 100% perfect condition if you are unhappy with your purchase. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
