Shipping Costs & Timeframes

How much does Shipping cost? 

Shipping is free for orders over $100 

Registered post is $8.95 for orders under $100 

Express post is $13.95 if you’d like your order to be express 

Do you offer Express Shipping? 

Yes, we do! It’s $13.95 for Express Shipping.  

Do you offer Free Shipping? 

Yes, for orders over $100. 

Do you offer local pick up? 

No, sorry, at this stage we don’t offer local pick up.

Do you offer International Shipping? 

Yes, we offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping to New Zealand is $18 and to the rest of the countries listed previously, it's $22.50.

International shipping takes 6-28 days on average.

Can I upgrade my shipping to Express after ordering? 

No, sorry, at this stage we can’t offer this service.

How quickly do you ship my order? 

We ship within 5 business days. Most often your order will be in the mail within 48 hours. 

When will I receive my order? 

We ship to you from Brisbane. Express post for major cities (excluding Perth) are usually received within 2 business days once you receive your tracking number via email. Registered post for major cities (excluding Perth) are usually received within one week once you receive your tracking number via email. 

Registered post to rural areas is usually received within 10 days. 

We always email your tracking number so that you can track your order. And we are always here to help if you have any issues or concerns.  

Am I able to add an item to my order? 

Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped you can add to your order via emailing.  

My parcel is delayed, is there something I can do? 

You can use your tracking number that we email to check on your order. You can also email us on amy@meelahcollections.com.au if you have any questions or concerns. 

There is a mistake in my order, or something has been broken, what should I do?

Please get in touch via email and we will help you to solve your issue, so that you can have the designs you ordered. 

Do you offer Insurance for my order? 

We insure you receive your order to your shipping address.  

General FAQ 

Do you have a physical shop? 

We often sell at local Brisbane markets, shopping centres and events. You can see us on most Saturdays at West End Market and Sundays at Redcliffe Markets. Please check out our Instagram (@meelahcollections) or Facebook (@meelahcollectionsjewellery) to confirm where our markets and pop up shops are located.  

Do you offer wholesale accounts? 

Yes, we do. Please check out the wholesale section of the website for more information and email amy@meelahcollections.com.au to set up your account. 

When will out of stock items be back in stock?

We create small batches of our designs and sometimes don’t restock once sold out.

Do you take custom orders?

No, sorry we don’t take custom orders at this stage.  

Returns & Exchanges 

Can I cancel my order? 

No, sorry you can’t cancel your order.  

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, if you’re not happy with your designs you can return them for a full refund of the product price. 

How do I return my items? 

Email amy@meelahcollections.com.au and we will send you the return address and instructions. 

Payment Options 

What payment options do I have? 

We accept all credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.  

About the Products  

How do I clean my products? 

Brass is easily cleaned with undiluted lemon juice or white vinegar. Soak your designs for 1-5 minutes, wash off with water and dry for best results. You can clean sterling silver and silver plated with a silver cloth. Please note that sterling silver is our best quality when comparing to silver plated. 

Can I wear my products in water?  

You can wear your sterling silver, brass and macrame designs in water. However, our silver plated designs cannot be worn in water. 

Do you handmake all the products? 

Yes, we do! 

Where are your materials from?   

Our silver and brass are from north India. We purchase our crystals from one supplier in India. Amy goes to choose your crystals one by one before she creates the designs. We have had a long relationship with our suppliers and have been working with them since 2014.
